I have heard several people in attendance say that this year's encounter was the most spirit-filled Alabama Encounter we have had yet, but, I think we say that each year.

This year we felt especially blessed because of, what I think, was a supernatural encounter that took place between Mike Stacy and Roger McCullough.  I will let Mike tell it in his own words.

Ed and Marilyn Slauter were guest speakers.  Every session was well planned and filled with the Holy Spirit.  Our anticipation of encountering the Holy Spirit grew with each session and we were not disappointed. The Spirit was with us in abundance.

It is always especially rewarding when I see non-member visitors as well as members, who seem to need an extra outpouring of the Holy Spirit, receive that personal revelation of Jesus Christ.  Their testimony is that they received answers to prayers through an overwhelming encounter with The Holy One, in a way they had never before experienced or that was needed desperately at this particular point in their life.

I can hardly wait for the next Hartselle, Alabama Encounter.
