1. Review brochure - It informs you about theme, ministry and special needs dietary requirements, housing, roommates as well as opportunities for relaxation and fellowship. The brochure does have a small section for registration you may want to use. Print it and fill it out and mail it as directed.
2. You have a choice of MAIL-IN registrations by completing the form, calculate cost and mail in the enrollment form. Another choice is to go ON-LINE and complete the automated form, answering the questions and submitting your information. The Registrar will confirm your enrollment and send an INVOICE of the exact amount you owe depending on family size, housing, age of children and your savings in taking avantage of the one of three EARLY BIRD specials. SEND your enrollment eaarly and you will save.
3. PAYMENT for mail-in enrollments are being asked to send a check if possible. If you have sent in a check with your MAIL-IN enrollment you are finished except to submit your medical information required by the Community of Christ. The On-Line group will get this form with the confirmation letter and involce. The Mail-In and On-line groups will receive it with their confirmation letter.
4. If you are going strictly On-Line, complete the questionaire and wait for your confirmation and instructions on how much and how you want to pay. You will be able to pay by credit card, paypal as well as send in your cash or money order.
5. If there are changes in your enrollment when you arrive at camp, the adjustment will be made based on circumstances.
6. Love offering. Don't forget that the cost of the Celebration is NOT coverd by the calculated fee at registration. A love offering will be taken at one of the evening services and you can contribute based on your ability to pay and the promptings of the Spirit.
